1st of Muharram 1435

Alhamdulillah, it's a new year for the Hijrah calender. I hope it will be a better year than before. I honestly think that I slacked so much as a muslim last year. I feel like I've not done enough for Allah. I've been asking and asking and asking and sometimes I just forget to do my part as a muslim. What Allah has given me and what I've been doing to thank Him is definitely not enough. I don't get satisfied easily with just saying Alhamdulillah. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful and meaningful word but I just feel like I can do more than just saying "Thank You Allah." Well, I guess that's the reason why there is a sujud called "Sujud Syukur." I should make it a point to do that each and every time Allah gives me something, be it whether I asked for it or something unexpected.

Everytime when a new year comes, everyone will have resolutions and things like that. There are people who really hold on to what they believe in and make sure they achieve their goals while some people who are just like me, no determination at all haha. It's not that I don't want to do it, I just need constant motivation from people around me. I'm that kind of person. I have to be reminded of my own goals, how useless I am. I must remind myself of what I want and where I wanna be next year. But right now, all I want is to be a good muslim and student. My responsibilities towards Allah must be done everyday without fail while I do my constant studying. Those are my goals. Oh and also scoring good marks for all my exams. I really hope the new year will change me into a better person. In Shaa Allah.

Salam Maal Hijrah :)

Inspirations

Hello.

Recently, I stumbled upon two very interesting Instagram accounts which are now my role models and inspirations. They are Vivy Yusof and Nina Sabrina. Well, I'll start off with Vivy Yusof. She is really an amazing woman, in fact both of them are. I started following her before she wore the hijab and now, she has covered herself up which made her look even prettier. At such a young age, she has her own online shopping website managed by her, her husband and whole lot of staff. Visited their website and they offer beautiful things at affordable prices. There are a few expensive ones but most of it are affordable. I've not tried online shopping but I may try doing so on her website. Oh and her website is fashionvalet.com :)

Moving on to Nina Sabrina, she is Dafi's sister which is also one of Malaysia's Minister's daughter. Despite being the daughter of an important person, I can see that she very humble and down to earth. She has her own kidnergarten which i think is very awesome. And because of her i have this dream of opening one on my own later when I'm financially stable. I came across her Instagram account while scrolling through Jovian Mandagie's account, her soon to be husband :) I just love seeing the both of them together. He's like a renowed fashion designer and his clothes are amazing. And because of that, Nina dresses up so prettily too. Since their wedding's coming, i'd like to take this opportunity to congratulate them :)

Basically, these two ladies have inspired me to be a better person and also a better muslim. Besides, I've learnt a lot of fasion tips from them since they dress up so nicely and they suit my taste of fashion. I have no regrets following these two amazing ladies on Instagram :)

Enlistment

In South Korea, every male citizen of the country has to serve the army for 2 years and it has to be done before they are 30 years old. Well, guess what? 4 of TVXQ members, Yunho, Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu are reaching 30 soon and they are expected to enlist next year. As you all know, I'm a huge fan of TXVQ and I've never liked or loved any groups as much as them. Believe it or not, they changed my life. Because of them, I'm a part of Cassiopeia (Changmin gave us the name). Right now, there are millions of Cassies around the world and they are my beautiful second family. Yes, I do not know most of them but the ones I met are amazing and they are definitely irreplaceable. Also, TVXQ taught me to never give up in what ever I do. Because of them also I became more serious in music which I never did before. If I were to list down everything I've learned, it would take ages for me to finish. Yes, THAT MUCH! Therefore, I have no regrets at all entering this fandom (Cassiopeia), knowing the 5 amazing boys and loving their music. Loving them also made me a happier person.

So far, i've went to 2 of their concerts. One is Singapore and the other one in Malaysia. I had amazing experiences at both concerts. Honestly I spent a lot for both but no regrets at all. I'm glad I spent that money for TVXQ. Both concerts made me love the boys even more. Even though it's Homin only now, I will always believe that TVXQ consists of 5 members and it will always be like that. That is when the phrase "Always Keep The Faith" is being practiced. Most of us Cassies believe in that and we know that one fine day they will come back together as Dong Bang Shin Ki again.

However, this enlistment thing is bothering me somehow. I mean I have mixed feelings about it. On one side I'm happy that they're going. At least I get to concentrate more on my studies and myabe Yunho can meet Jaejoong or something. but on the other hand, I'm sad that they'll be leaving for 2 years without any activities as TVXQ. I am so used to them going around having concerts here and there. It would be weird for me to not see updates about them touring the world. But yeah, at least they can also have a break from their hectic life and do good to their country. Whatever it is, I wish them all the best and I will keep loving them till forever. I know they will always remember us when they've enlisted later. Oppa, Cassiopeia and Bigeast will be waiting for you guys patiently to finish your responsibilities for you country okay? :)

I am back :)

Assalamualaikum, hello guyssss.

I know i've like neglected this poor blog of mine. Well, since I'm on 2 months holidays now, I'll make a point to at least write something here. I get to improve my writing skills as well right? Killing two birds with one stone haha. Anyway, I've been on almost 3 weeks holidays now and recently, I got back my foundation results. Syukur Alhamdulillah, I am done with foundation and insya Allah, I'll be starting my degree in October. Time definitely flies. Last year, around this time, I was in my first few days of foundation, looking for friends to hang around with and getting to know my college better. Right now, I've found my amazing friends besides knowing a lot of other people.

Back then, I was so afraid that I wouldn't be able to fit in but thank God, He made things easy for me while I was in college. Also, college taught me a lot of valuable which can never be taught by lecturers/teachers. A few of my friends told me that college would be fun and sort which is true. I gotta agree that college is fun, the studying part is also awesome. I get to study better when I'm in college compared to when I was in high school. However, after completing foundation, I took some time to think about what has happened in the whole year of it. Some few interesting events like going for the leadership camp organized by my college, liked a few people and none of them liked me back haha and also I've made a few really good friends who are very valuable to me. I feel like i've changed a bit. I am not self praising or what so ever but I feel like I am wiser and also I am not that lazy to study thanks to Kuna. For the past 3 semesters, she has been there guiding me through until I've passed all my paper hehe :)

But now, it's time for me to move on. Nothing lasts forever. For those guys I've liked at college, liking you guys made me learn a lot. Oh and I'm quite close to the guy I used to like. Haha but nah, I feel like i'm losing him, sooner or later. It doesn't matter, people come and go. Only those who really care for you will stay in your life. Because if that person just dont care abt you, not matter how hard you try, things will still remain the same. I've decided to not stress myself up over small things and over think things. I wish to take things easier and concentrate more on my studies. Me a top achiever maybe, insya Allah :)

Presentations

You know the semester will be coming to an end when you start to prepare yourself for presentations and finals. Since finals will be in another 2 weeks, I have been very busy with assignment deadlines and presentations. However, I'm glad that I've done my legal and Critical Thinking Skills (CTS) presentation. Alhamdulillah, everything went well :)

For CTS, I worked with my two most favourite people at college and they are Kuna and KC. I swear they are the best group mates i have ever had so far. Never have I done a group assignment with so much ease and stress free. We helped each other a lot without complaining and that is how we managed to do everything just like how we want to. Before presenting, we had to prepare an outline for our presentation and even that, we did well, Alhamdulillah. I had so much fun working with them. For once, I feel very satisfied after doing a group job. Of course I have been in group assignments before but they were not as awesome as this one. Words can't describe how grateful and happy I am for being able to work with them. I really hope that I will be able to have this opportunity again next semester. I would be more than happy to do the assignment :)

Well, to be honest, Kuna and I bullied KC a lot since he's the only boy. But he had to bare with us until the very end. Haha. He was being very patient in layan-ing our "kerenah" which helped us in releasing some stress. It really worked! Haha.

One of the topics presented just now was "Body Image" and I personally think that I have a huge body image problem. I tend to idolize those people I see on the magazine and i'll exercise my butt of and ignore all the pain I feel just to be like them. Which I know is not right and good. I have to stop it and just make them as my role model. Besides, I don't intend to be like them exactly. I am happy that I don't have any eating disorders which I would definitely want to avoid. It will not be easy to get it of them once you have it.

Oh and our topic for our CTS presentation was "Does eating heals feeling?" Even though we crapped a lot but we still managed. Haha. Our lecturers gave us their wth-are-they-talking-about face but we decided to just do what we practiced and we got praised, hehe. I went to college as early as 8AM when i only have to present at 1PM. Haha. My lecturer, Ms Winnie calles us "kiasi" and i was like isn't it supposed to be "kiasu" which means cannot lose. Then, I found out that "kiasi" means cannot die. Haha. We just heard the wrong instruction. Haha. Whatever it is, no matter how much we crapped, and how suck-ish our presentation was, I love my group mates to bits. I wouldn't have been able to be as calmed as I was just now while presenting without them :')

Lahad Datu

I'm sure most Malaysians are aware about what's happening in Lahad Datu, Sabah. For those who don't know, there's a small state near Sabah which definitely doesn't belong to Malaysia claims that Sabah is theirs. To get back their land, they've decided to just attack Lahad Datu a few days ago for no relevant reason. After Lahad Datu, a few other policemen got shot and died at Semporna (another town in Sabah). At first, I couldn't believe what I read over the internet. I thought there were people playing prank or something. But shit got real. I was having dinner and suddenly the news about what happened in Sabah was on TV3's news. Which is a big matter. I was so surprised. Till now, I can't believe what's happening in Sabah.

I am still following everything that is happening. I get so devastated when I hear more and more policemen getting killed. This thing happened all of a sudden. I mean who would expect something like this to happen. Malaysian Police & Army have been doing a great job in defending the country. I am very proud of them and of course, my respect for them increased like so much. I read a post on facebook about this policeman who sent a text message to his wife apologizing to his parents, wife, kids and also to all Malaysians for not being able to continue defending the country before dying. Masya Allah. May Allah bless him. May Allah bless each and every policemen who fought and is fighting for the country. As a normal citizen, I wouldn't know how hard it is to be at war or anything like this. Only they know how hard it is.

Let's all pray for them who died defending our beloved Malaysia. Al-Fatihah.

:)

As I grow up, I realized that even your best friends can never understand you fully. No matter how close you are to them, they will never be able to feel what you feel, smile when you are smiling, be there for you every time, understand what you're going through and etc. To me, only Allah understands everything. Only He knows how I feel, what are my true dreams, who my jodoh is and what I go through every day. Everything comes from Him and to Him we shall thank and be grateful to. I am not that pious but I've learned that we should never put our religion aside in our lives. No matter what religion we practice, it should always be put first.

No matter how smart or rich you are, you must remember that there is only one God, and you must never forget Him. Take everything that come to your life as a lesson for you to become a better person. As for now, from my recent posts I've been talking about my "crush" and I really like him. Even a simple hi from him would make me smile all day. I take this as a cubaan from Allah. This feeling I have comes from Him and at the end of the day, even if I want to marry my crush but if he is not fated for me, he will never be mine. But if it's otherwise, then even if he goes to US and I go to Australia, we will still meet and be together. I believe that Allah knows what's best for me. I can only pray to Him :)

To my muslim readers, let's try our best to be a better muslim alright? I am also trying very hard as what is more important in the Akhirat. In Shaa Allah we can do it :)

Saturday

Alhamdulillah it was a good day. Attended a wedding in the afternoon. It was Abang Asyriq's wedding to be exact. He's my mum's ex-staff's son. His parents have been really close friends of my mum since a few decades ago. Yup, that long! Also, our parents once planned to marry me off to one of her sons. Oh and she has 5 sons! A lot ayyy? Hahaha. But nah. I have my own choice and i believe he has a girlfriend too. Besides, I was around 2 years old when they planned everything. VERY YOUNG.

Anyway, my mum met a lot of her old staff there and one of them is my mum's favourite staff whom she has not been in contact for almost 17 years. His name is Uncle Amin :) I've seen him in a lot of pictures with me in it. My mum told me that he used to carry me around and since before, I've always wanted to meet him. And Alhamdulillah, I met him today and I felt like crying for no reason. When I look at him, I just felt so young and I just hoped that he was there to see me grow up. Nevertheless, I am still very thankful that I met him today :)

It was a beautiful and simple wedding. What's important is that the bride and groom are happy.

EARLIER, i had my Critical Thinking Skills (CTS) exam. For once, I feel that accounts makes sense. My CTS was crap. Full of nonsensical words and answers. I had a really hard time answering. But there were a few easy ones, of course. Or else, I would fail the whole paper. I just hope for the best.

Well, before I end this, I would like to share something. Remember the crush i mentioned in my previous post? When everyone was teasing me and the "guy who's supposed to marry me" haha, all i could think of was my crush. I guess I am deeeeeeply in love~

Hehe, that's all :D

Love

Love is like war: easy to begin but very hard to stop. - H. L. Mencken

Very true, It's easy to fall in love. As a child, you will first start loving your parents who have been taking care of you and loving you since the day you were born. As you grow, you will start loving others like your relatives and friends. And followed by loving a person who will make a BIG change in your live. No doubt, you will keep falling in and out of love but you learn from everything that happens. But when the right person comes, you will just know it. Your love for that person will never die and it will keep growing.

Why am i talking about love all of a sudden? Well I guess I just got "love-struck" Haha

I gotta admit it that it's beautiful when you like/love someone. But then again you would feel very hurt if that person rejects you without any reason. Currently, I like a guy who I think doesn't know me. Wait, I am NOT talking about Yunho okay? Haha. This time, he lives in KL and he went to my college for a semester. I've never noticed him during my first semester because I just didn't care. And now i'm regretting it, seriously. If only i noticed him last semester, we could have been friends now. But it's okay, I like it this way. I've never talked to him and i don't know much about him, therefore, we would definitely have a lot to talk about once we're friends....Will it ever happen? I wonder. Whatever it is, Allah knows the best and all I can do is pray to Him. If he's meant for me, then we will be together no matter what happens :)

So, as usual I told Ezleen EVERYTHING and she's the best! She told me what to do and I just needed to tell her about him. I still tell her everything till today because it is hard to get over this boy. Ezleen, please bear with me. Haha. A few days after telling her,she told me to listen to Ronan Keating's If Tomorrow Never Comes and she was like this song is for you and him. Haha. Till today, I listen to it everyday. It's a beautiful song :) Thank youu <3
